We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our marketing engine through strong data governance, process improvement, and marketing automation. This role will own and enhance HubSpot operations, lead management workflows, reporting, and segmentation to drive efficient campaign execution and alignment between Marketing and Sales.
