National Account Manager

Quick Dam is the leading manufacturer of innovative flood control products trusted by professionals and leading organizations nationwide. We're seeking a National Account Manager to drive growth with our core customer segments: industrial distributors and restoration companies.

What You'll Do
•       Own national accounts within industrial distributors and/or restoration sectors
•       Travel locally (30-40%) to demo Quick Dam products and build relationships with decision-makers
•       Prospect and close new accounts through persuasive presentations and relentless follow-up
•       Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and solving customer pain points
•       Report weekly on pipeline, wins, and territory progress

Who We're Looking For Must Have:
•       3+ years proven success selling to industrial distributors OR restoration companies
•       Local travel availability
•       Master communicator – articulate, persuasive, commands attention in any room
•       Relentless hunter – thick-skinned, thrives on rejection, closes deals others walk away from
•       CRM experience with Hubspot, Microsoft Office, PowerBI

Marketing Operations Manager

Quick Dam is the leading manufacturer of innovative flood control products trusted by professionals and leading organizations nationwide. We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our marketing engine through strong data governance, process improvement, and marketing automation. This role will own and enhance HubSpot operations, lead management workflows, reporting, and segmentation to drive efficient campaign execution and alignment between Marketing and Sales. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and energized by building scalable systems this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on pipeline and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize HubSpot and connected marketing systems, ensuring high data quality, completeness, and scalable data governance practices
  • Identify, recommend, and implement Marketing Operations process improvements to increase efficiency, improve data flow, and enhance reporting clarity
  • Design, manage, and optimize lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle workflows to support a strong MQL-to-Sales handoff and alignment with Sales teams
  • Build and optimize nurture programs using segmentation and behavioral insights to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel health, and customer behavior trends
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operational KPIs, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to inform optimization decisions
  • Create and manage targeted lists and persona-based segmentation to enable personalized campaigns and support ABM initiatives across the business
  • Gather Marketing analytics using GA4, Shopify, Google Ads, Search Console, Clarity and SEMRush to provide insights and trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience with HubSpot as the primary marketing automation platform
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflow management, integrations, imports/exports, and data governance
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, cleanse, and maintain contact and account-level data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across marketing systems
  • Hands-on experience designing and optimizing lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing workflows to support effective alignment between Marketing and Sales
  • Proven experience building and executing email and nurture campaigns, creating segmented lists and audiences, and leveraging HubSpot reporting and dashboards to deliver actionable insights
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to report on campaign and funnel performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to improve conversion, influence, and marketing efficiency
