Business Development Manager- Facilities & Property Management Sales

Quick Dam is a proven flood protection solution designed to help facilities, property managers, and operations teams respond quickly to water intrusion and emergency situations. We’re expanding into new markets and looking for a sales professional who already has strong relationships in the facility maintenance, property management, or building services space.

The Opportunity

This is not a “build from scratch” sales role. We’re looking for someone who already knows the players—facility managers, property managers, operations leaders—and can quickly introduce a solution that solves a real, urgent problem.

If you have an existing network and want to monetize those relationships with a high-demand product, this is a strong opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage your existing relationships within facility maintenance, property management, and/or building operations
  • Introduce Quick Dam solutions to decision-makers responsible for building safety and maintenance
  • Develop new business while expanding within your current network
  • Educate customers on rapid-response flood protection solutions
  • Close deals and drive revenue growth in your territory
  • Provide real-world feedback to help refine go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Proven sales experience in one or more of the following:
  • Facility maintenance / building services
  • Property management
  • Restoration / disaster recovery
  • Industrial or MRO supply
  • Existing relationships with facility managers, property managers, or operations leaders
  • Strong track record of generating and closing business
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly

Preferred:

  • Experience selling into time-sensitive or emergency-driven environments
  • Background with products or services related to water mitigation, safety, or facilities operations
  • Established book of business or territory relationships

Compensation

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • High earning potential based on performance and relationships
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, 401k match, and product discounts
