What you’ll be doing:
- Become a subject matter expert on flood preparedness and mitigation
solutions for the market leading manufacturer - Be positively persuasive in your ability to communicate ROI and Cost
Savings to entire organizational hierarchies - Identify new business opportunities and vertical market applications
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations (hybrid of
remote/in person) - Build relationships for target markets
- Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Collaborate with marketing on vertical campaigns and lead generation
- Track pipeline activity and forecast sales performance
Our ideal team member has:
- 3–10+ years in hands on or B2B sales experience in Property
Management or Facilities is non-negotiable - A strong understanding of the daily, seasonal, and emergency needs
of the market - Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Bonus points for existing relationships within the market
- Comfortable with regional travel and trade events
- CRM proficiency
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
Compensation
- From $65,000.00 per year
- Base Salary + commission
