We are looking for a full-time Creative Traffic Coordinator to join our team in Pawtucket, RI. As a Creative Traffic Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the incoming flow of information and assets for the marketing/creative team, ensuring seamless communication between departments, keeping everyone on task and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake, assignment, and execution of marketing/creative requests
  • Meet with team to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
  • Strategically prioritize and re-prioritize based on deadlines, requirements, and a thorough understanding of the time required to complete the job
  • Ensure timely delivery of work, lead consistent communication to the creative team, and report status updates to marketing and executive members
  • Resolve or escalate issues or blocks when encountered
  • Monitor team capacity and work directly with the creative director to ensure efficient and productive load balancing
  • Help with the launch of creative events, such as initial print catalog details, or assist with the creative preparation of web assets
  • Manage the naming, organization and upload of images and videos to company servers.
  • Gather assets and provide direction to better assist designers
  • Manage contractor/vendor communications and invoices
  • Trade show preparation and management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Traffic Coordination, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative departments
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management software, such as Trello, Asana, or JIRA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing timelines, as well as coordinating the workflow between creative and non-creative teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus

Your role:
- Outbound calling pro to prospective customers, and the ability to troubleshoot
- Building strong rapport with customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in inside sales preferred

We are looking for an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.

To be successful as a key account manager, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. Ultimately, an exceptional key account manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

Key Account Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management. Existing relationships with large retail merchants is a plus!
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
